一、招聘學院介紹
阿伯丁學院是華南師范大學與英國阿伯丁大學聯合創建的非獨立法人中外合作辦學機構，于2021年5月正式獲教育部批復設立，是華南師范大學的教學科研單位。阿伯丁學院是我國首個開辦人工智能本科專業的中外合作辦學機構，也是學校和佛山首個中外合作辦學機構。阿伯丁學院辦學規模為1200人，2021年首屆招生185人，開設3個四年制本科專業，分別為：人工智能、軟件工程、信息管理與信息系統，采取“4+0”“中外雙注冊”“中外雙學位”培養模式。
二、招聘條件待遇
（一）青年拔尖人才
1. 引進條件：自然科學學科申請者原則上年齡不超過40周歲，人文社會科學學科申請者原則上年齡不超過45周歲，已取得原創性科研成果并獲同行專家認可，具備沖擊國家人才的能力，能全英教學者。
2. 引進待遇
（1）學校待遇。入編，聘任或優先聘任高級職務，提供有競爭力的年薪和房補，根據學科基礎和實際研究確定科研啟動經費。
（2）南海校區待遇。南海校區根據引進人才的學歷層次、職稱、授課課程另行補貼工資5萬元/年；首聘期科研啟動經費一人一議，與學校1:1配套。阿伯丁學院補貼另行面議。

（二）骨干教師
1. 引進條件：原則上不超過50周歲，具有博士學歷學位，擁有良好的學術聲譽和學術領導能力，已取得國際同行公認的標志性成果，近五年科研成果豐富，能全英教學者。
2. 引進待遇
（1）學校待遇。入編，工資待遇按國家、廣東省和學校有關規定執行。

（三）預聘制教學科研人員
1. 引進條件：符合學校基本招聘條件與學院招聘要求，獲得博士學歷學位。博士研究生不超過35周歲；留學取得海外博士學位的人員，或具有博士學位且有一年以上國（境）外科研工作經歷的人員，或博士后出站人員，不超過40周歲；具有高級專業技術資格的人員不超過45周歲。優先考慮擁有海外學習或工作經歷者，能全英教學者。
2. 引進待遇
（1）學校待遇。預聘制教學科研人員參編確定崗位，實行合同管理。工資薪金標準參照學校現行事業編制人員的分配辦法執行；依法參加養老、醫療、工傷、失業、生育等社會保險和繳存住房公積金，享受相應待遇。
（2）南海校區待遇。南海校區另補貼3萬元/年；首期科研啟動經費工科不超過5萬元，其他學科不超過2萬元。阿伯丁學院補貼另行面議。

（四）青年英才
1. 引進條件：原則上年齡不超過35周歲，業績特別突出的藝術學、哲學和人文社會科學學科申請者，可放寬至38周歲。具有良好的學術背景和突出的發展潛力，已取得高質量創新性科研成果，能全英教學者。
2. 引進待遇
（1）學校待遇。青年英才聘特聘研究員，聘期三年。
薪酬由基本工資、年度獎勵績效和業績獎金三部分組成，其中，基本工資和年度獎勵績效總額為32萬元/年。
（2）南海校區待遇。南海校區另補貼4萬元/年；首期科研啟動經費工科不超過10萬元，其他學科不超過5萬元。阿伯丁學院補貼另行面議。

（五）青年英才（博士后）
1. 引進條件：原則上不超過35周歲，具有良好的學術背景、學術基礎和發展潛力，并已取得創新性科研成果。符合進站條件的青年英才（博士后）同時納入博士后管理，能全英教學者。
2. 引進待遇
（1）學校待遇。青年英才（博士后）聘特聘副研究員，聘期三年，同時納入國家或廣東省博士后管理。
薪酬由基本工資、年度獎勵績效和業績獎金三部分組成，其中，基本工資和年度獎勵績效總額27萬元/年。
（2）南海校區待遇。南海校區另補貼3萬元/年；首期科研啟動經費工科不超過6萬元，其他學科不超過2萬元。阿伯丁學院補貼另行面議。
（3）其他福利。子女可按規定申請入讀華南師范大學附屬幼兒園、小學。在房源許可的前提下，青年英才（博士后）可申請租住博士后公寓（不再享受租房補貼）。
（六）特聘教師
1.引進條件
（1）學術英語特聘教師：獲得碩士及以上研究生學歷學位。英語系語言國家留學歸國者優先。中國籍人員要求本科、研究生均為英語相關專業，如英語語言文學、英語教育、應用語言學、跨文化交際、翻譯等。持有CELTA或者權威TEFL/ TESOL 證書者優先。外籍人員要求以英語為母語，且來自英國、美國、澳洲、加拿大、新西蘭等國家；至少2年英語教學經驗；教育學或語言學專業畢業者優先。
（2）其他特聘教師：符合學校基本招聘條件與學院招聘要求；獲得碩士研究生以上學歷學位；優先考慮擁有海外學習或工作經歷者，能全英教學者。
2.引進待遇
（1）學校待遇：特聘教師實施合同管理，不入事業編制；中國籍教師起點年薪12萬元，外籍教師起點年薪16萬。
（2）學院待遇：學院根據學歷層次和職稱進行另外補貼，其中無職稱2萬元/年，講師職稱3萬元/年，副教授及以上職稱4萬元/年。

South China Normal University(SCNU) was founded in 1933, with a long history, complete range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. As a member of the “211 Project”, it enters the ranks of universities co-constructed by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education, Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction.
