一、學校概況
香港科技大學（簡稱港科大）自1991年創建以來，秉承銳意創新、與時并進、博大包容、堅持原創的理念，在教育、科研和知識轉移方面均取得長足進展。建校三十年間，港科大在全球排名不斷攀升，現已成為全球首屈一指的年輕學府。一直以來，港科大致力于突破學術界限，不斷融合多元學科，以培養目光遠大、和而不同的社會棟梁為己任。隨著社會不斷發展，單一學科已難以為紛繁復雜的全球問題、瞬息萬變的世界局勢提供全面的解決方案，也為全球高等學府的可持續發展帶來根本挑戰。為順應這一形勢，港科大率先突破，積極重構跨越傳統學術邊界的融合教育，開創前沿的學科知識和科技來滿足廣大社會日益增長的跨界需求。
港科大與內地有著緊密的聯系與互動，在粵港澳大灣區已有長達十多年的產學研合作基礎。2018年，為了進一步深化粵港澳大灣區教育、科技、人才合作，港科大正式啟動了香港科技大學（廣州）（下簡稱港科大（廣州））的籌建工作。港科大（廣州）將以其融合的學科架構，與港科大清水灣校區的深厚學科根基相輔相成，實現港科大重塑未來教育模式的理想與抱負。
二、招聘基本條件
1、恪守職業道德和工作紀律，具有奉獻精神、團隊協作精神與創新精神；
2、身心健康，能保證在教學、科研、行政管理等一線崗位正常工作；
3、符合崗位要求的專業、學歷、任職資格等條件；
4、英語是香港科技大學的辦公語言，應聘者應具備良好的英語語言能力；
5、在大學籌建初期，部分崗位需要不定期往返廣州校園和清水灣校園。
