一、招聘崗位及人數
崗位1:網站編輯(1人)
崗位2:英文編輯(1人)
二、崗位職責
1. 崗位1:網站編輯
(1)負責學校英文版官方網站的新聞采編、內容翻譯及更新和網站日常維護;
(2)監控網站流量和用戶行為,優化網站結構,提升用戶體驗,確保網站在各種瀏覽器和設備上的正常訪問;
(3)協助進行網站推廣和學校品牌建設;
(4)跟蹤網站技術發展動態,學習并應用新技術以提升網站性能;
(5)領導交辦的其他工作。
2. 崗位2:英文編輯
(1)學校網站、多媒體平臺英文編輯;學校英文網站的新聞采編、網站日常維護及內容更新;
(2)協助進行網站推廣和學校品牌建設;
(3)為學校英文版官方網站改進提出建議;
(4)領導交辦的其他工作。
三、應聘人員基本條件
1. 崗位1:網站編輯
(1)具有中華人民共和國國籍;
(2)遵紀守法,品行端正;
(3)媒體管理、市場營銷、傳播學或相關專業碩士及以上學歷,有相關工作經驗者優先考慮;
(4) 英語聽說讀寫能力強,能夠流利進行口譯和書面翻譯;
(5)具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作精神,能夠與各部門有效溝通;
(6)具備較強的學習能力和問題解決能力,能夠迅速適應新技術和新環境。
2. 崗位2:英文編輯
(1)擁有在數字營銷、高等教育營銷或相關領域開展文字內容創作經驗者優先;
(2)遵紀守法,品行端正;
(3)媒體管理、市場營銷、傳播學或相關專業碩士及以上學歷,有相關工作經驗者優先考慮;
(4)具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作精神,能夠與各部門有效溝通;
(5)具備較強的學習能力和問題解決能力,能夠迅速適應新技術和新環境。
(6)英語聽說讀寫能力強,能夠流利進行口譯和書面翻譯,母語為英語者優先。
四、 工資待遇
1.一經聘用,按照《勞動合同法》及《北京航空航天大學聘用編教職工管理辦法(試行)》簽訂勞動合同,繳納社會保險、住房公積金;
2.具體待遇按照學校聘用制人員相關標準執行。

The International Relations Department (IRD) of Beihang University has decided to hire two (2) project-based employees to support further development of IRD. The specifics are as follows:
1 Positions and Number of Recruits
Position 1:1 Web Editor
Position 2: 1 English Editor
2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(1) Position 1: Web Editor
a) News editing, content translation and update, and routine maintenance the official English website of Beihang University;
b) Tracking user behavior and website traffic, optimizing the structure of the website, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring consistent accessibility to the website on different browsers and devices;
c) Assisting website promotion and program brand building;
d) Acquiring and using new technologies to improve website performance;
e) Other tasks as assigned.
(2) Position 2: English Editor
a) English editing for the official English website and other multimedia platforms; news gathering and editing, routine maintenance, and content updating for the official English website;
b) Assisting website promotion and program brand building;
c) Providing suggestions for improving the official English website;
d) Other tasks as assigned.
3 Qualifications for Applicants
(1) Position 1: Web Editor
a) Holds nationality of the People's Republic of China;
b) Abides by the law and regulations;
c) Holds a master's degree in media management, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably with relevant working experience;
d) Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English, Excellent translation and interpretation skills;
e) Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various departments;
f) Possesses strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
(2) Position 2: English Editor
a) Priority will be given to candidates with experience in content creation for digital marketing, higher education marketing, or related fields;
b) Abides by laws and regulations;
c) Holds a master's degree in media management, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably with relevant working experience.
d) Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various departments;
e) Possesses strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
f) Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English, Excellent translation and interpretation skills. Native English speakers are preferred.
4 Salary and Benefits
Upon employment, a contract will be signed in compliance with the Labor Contract Law and the Beihang University Employment and Management Measures for Faculty and Staff (Trial). The implementation of the contract will be based on Beihang University’s regulations for project-based employees.
